Field notes from the people running the campaigns.
Tactical long-form writing on SEO, PPC, social, AI, and web — no recycled think-pieces, no AI churn. Everything published here comes from the strategists actually doing the work.
01 / Editorial standards
How we decide what to publish.
Every piece in this archive answers a question one of our strategists has been asked on a real client call — usually more than once. We don't chase trending topics, and we don't publish opinion pieces about industry drama. If we can't ship the tactic in a live account, it doesn't make the editorial calendar.
Drafts are written by the discipline lead, fact-checked against current platform documentation, and reviewed by a second senior operator before publishing. We update or retire posts when the underlying platforms change — date-stamped at the top of every article, so you know whether a tactic still applies.
No AI-generated bulk content, no syndicated guest posts, no anonymous bylines. If you ever spot a claim that no longer holds, the email at the bottom of every article goes straight to the author.
02 / What you'll find here
01 — SEO
Technical audits, topical authority mapping, local SEO at scale, and the post-helpful-update playbook. Written for in-house teams who need to ship, not for SEO Twitter.
02 — PPC
Google Ads structure that survives Performance Max, conversion-value bidding, profit-based budget allocation, and the landing-page changes that actually move ROAS.
03 — Social
Platform-native strategy for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts — built around content systems your team can sustain after the first viral post.
04 — AI
Practical AI workflows for content, qualification, and operations. We publish the ones we've shipped into live client accounts — not the ones that demo well.
05 — Web
Conversion-engineered design, Core Web Vitals, headless stacks, and the CMS decisions that quietly determine whether your SEO team will ever forgive you.
06 — Strategy
Channel-mix decisions, measurement frameworks, agency-vs-in-house tradeoffs, and the operating principles behind every Traffick Media engagement.
