Why bilingual is non-negotiable in South Florida
Agencies that treat Spanish as 'translate the English ads' lose money in South Florida every month. Native Spanish-speaking searchers use different keywords, click different headlines, and convert on different offers than English-speaking searchers — even when they live on the same block.
We build two parallel programs: separate keyword research, separate ad copy written by native speakers, separate landing pages, and separate conversion benchmarks. When we A/B headlines, we test in-language — not across languages. The result is a Spanish program that pulls its own weight instead of dragging account-level CPA up.
For most South Florida verticals — real estate, medical, legal, home services — the Spanish-speaking audience is between 30% and 60% of total demand. Leaving it to a translation plugin is a six-figure mistake.
